The first floor consists of a large beamed living room with integral kitchen (plus bed settee). There are two cool bedrooms at ground floor level, one double and one with twin beds. Shower and laundry.

Three bedrooms + en suite facilities and separate bathroom/shower. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities and large lounge leading to covered terrace.
Both properties are in an unspoilt rural setting enjoying large established gardens with fenced in swimming pools, and have panoramic views of the Cantal mountains. They are ideally situated for the many attractions in the Dordogne and Lot Valleys. 15km Gourdon, 22km Souillac, 28km Cahors.
