The accommodation sleeps up to 8 people.  There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 with bunk beds); a large lounge with bed-settee, satellite TV, video/DVD and French windows opening onto a terrace leading to the swimming pool; bathroom; WC; fully equipped kitchen;.  It is set in a large garden with children’s swings, barbecue and parking area.

Open all year.  The pool is closed in winter.

The village has a boulangerie and a bar/restaurant. Nearby is a craft gallery and an English restaurant.  The nearest town is Mansle (7 km), with mini-golf, canoes/kayaks, fishing, restaurants and all the usual shops. Angoulême, the large historic city with ramparts (25 km) is worth visiting.

Within easy reach is the space-age theme park Futuroscope and the monkey sanctuary La Vallée des Singes; La Rochelle, one of the best resorts in France, with a large aquarium, beaches and many activities for adults and children; the magnificent chateau of La Rochefoucauld; Limoges, renowned worldwide for its porcelain; Cognac, where guided tours of the distilleries are available; and the famous chateaux and vineyards of Bordeaux. There are children's fun parks, zoos, beaches, chateaux, gardens and museums all over the area.
